Who We Are

Ladderboard Solutions LLC is a Maryland‑based consulting firm delivering program management, data analytics, performance management, and risk management services to government‑sector clients (See our full capabilities). Founded by a former GS‑14 federal program manager with more than a decade of experience supporting major acquisition programs, we bring practitioner‑level insight to the challenges agencies and their prime contractors face every day.


We help public‑sector programs turn information into decisions using Microsoft’s modern cloud and analytics ecosystem — including Azure, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot for M365.

About the Founder

Gregory A. Ladd, MBA, PMP

Managing Member & Founder


Greg Ladd is the founder and Managing Member of Ladderboard Solutions LLC. A veteran of both the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army, Greg brings more than a decade of federal program management experience to every client engagement.

Greg spent a decade as a GS-14 program manager at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, serving in progressive roles — including Branch Chief for Program Operations and Branch Chief for Internal Controls — supporting the CBP Fleet Program, a Level I major acquisition initiative overseeing the largest law enforcement fleet in the United States. He subsequently served as a GS-14 program manager at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), where he supported acquisition operations and process reengineering initiatives.

He holds an MBA, PMP certification, and the Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification, and earned the DHS Acquisition Program Manager Mid-Level certification while in federal service.
